All recurring services come with fixed monthly pricing. Project-based services are billed per project, with costs agreed upon at the start of the engagement. No hidden hourly fees here—unlike typical firms, we don’t track our time by the hour!

Recurring services are automatically billed via ACH on the 1st of each month, starting from the beginning of your engagement. For project-based services, a deposit is required, with billing occurring at key milestones or upon project completion.

We’ll set up a schedule at the beginning of your engagement for weekly or biweekly services, so you’ll always know when to expect communication. Monthly accounts will be handled in the weeks after the month concludes.

While we don’t prepare tax returns, we’ll oversee the entire process for you. We can coordinate with a partner firm to handle your returns or work directly with your current tax accountant to make the process as seamless as possible.

We do not run payroll however, we have multiple payroll/HR support contacts that can run payroll for you or we can help you set it up to run yourself.

We use Quickbooks Online for all clients. We can migrate your system over or do a fresh setup for you. We can also access other CRM/project management-based software that integrates with QBO.

While we are based on the East Coast, we will service businesses anywhere in the United States!
