What You Can Expect

  • We’ll meet either monthly or quarterly for 1 hour.
  • For the duration of your services you’ll have unlimited e-mail/text support (you can expect us to reply to you within 24 hours except weekends, 48 hours during busy season).
  • By the end of our time together you should be well equipped with strategies and roadmaps to design, automate and systemize your accounting workflow to help our partnership thrive. We’ll focus on your business workflow first, which will consist of checklists, and templates as needed.
  • You should expect accountable actions and targets, as well as ongoing support.

During the service, you can expect that we will:

  • Come prepared.
  • Devote our full attention to you during our time together.
  • Be honest and transparent with you about items that are important to you and your business.
  • Respond to your emails within 24 hours (except for weekends). Should our time not allow a proper response, we will send an acknowledgement upon receipt of your email and commit to
    replying in full at a specified time.
  • Confidentiality—information about your business, your systems and our work together will never be shared without your knowledge and approval.
